Born in 1970. Higher education, graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Omsk Institute of Railway Engineers (specialty “Electrical Engineering”). In 2005, he underwent professional retraining under the program “Managing the Development of the Company” at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Positions held in ROSSETI Northern Caucasus, PJSC and other organizations over the past 5 years:

in 2010–2013 - Deputy General Director for Technical Issues - Chief Engineer of IDGC of the South PJSC,
in 2013–2016 - Deputy General Director of Rosseti PJSC,
from November, 2016 - Acting General Director of IDGC of Siberia PJSC,
from May, 2017 to March, 2019 - General Director of IDGC of Siberia PJSC,
from March, 2019 - General Director of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus, PJSC.
