In accordance with clause 2.9 of the Regulation on Information Disclosure by Equity Securities Issuers approved by the Bank of Russia as of December 30, 2014 No. 454-P, the issuer is obliged to provide a copy of documents required to be disclosed by this Regulation to the holders of the issuer's securities and other interested parties on their demand for a fee, not exceeding the cost of making such a copy, within a period of not more than 7 days from the date of receipt (presentation) of the relevant demand.
